Chad is born and raised in the Lower Mainland. After growing up in the Coquitlam area and enjoying a successful junior and university (UBC) hockey career, he moved with his family to South Surrey where has taken up residence for over ten years. His time travelling the province and with people from all walks of life have given him a dynamic insight to the needs and wants of people in the market for a house, and a mortgage.
